1. Eligibility

• Job Seekers must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
• Employers must be legally registered businesses or authorized representatives posting jobs on behalf of a legitimate organization.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

2. Services Provided

Our Platform allows:

• Job Seekers to create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for jobs.
• Employers to post job advertisements, search for candidates, and contact potential employees.

We act solely as an online platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of job postings, or the suitability of any candidate.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• You must create an account to access certain features of our Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
• You must promptly update your account with accurate contact and profile information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or resumes.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's security features.

5. Employer Obligations

• Employers must ensure all job postings comply with Sri Lankan labor laws and other applicable regulations.
• Employers must not request payment from candidates for job applications, interviews, or employment opportunities, unless clearly lawful and disclosed.
• Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all job descriptions posted.

6. Job Seeker Obligations

• Job Seekers must ensure that all information in their profiles and resumes is accurate and truthful.
• Job Seekers must not misrepresent their qualifications or work experience.

7. Fees & Payments

• Some features of our Platform may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed before payment.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

Sri Lanka's data collection and processing are primarily governed by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), No. 9 of 2022. Raven Consultants PVT LTD is committed to aligning with the PDPA to safeguard personal data to the best of our ability.

Raven Consultants PVT LTD makes every effort to protect client details. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, a data breach may occur. If such a breach ever happens, both employers and employees agree not to hold Raven Consultants PVT LTD responsible. By accepting these Terms, you expressly acknowledge and agree that no legal actions will be taken against Raven Consultants PVT LTD in the event of a data breach.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, logos, and trademarks on the Platform belong to Raven Consultants PVT LTD or our licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions between job seekers and employers.
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing or profile.
• The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

11. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
